Yes, you will receive a confirmation SMS saying "Thank you.. Your resume has been successfully sent to hr@tcs.com".
Will I receive a copy of the Email?
Yes, you will also receive a copy of the Email-You will be added in the BCC column of the email.
How much does it cost me ?
It is free of cost for registered users, and the registration is also free.
How much will it cost me for the SMS?
If you are in Tamilnadu, it is a local SMS, otherwise it will be charged as a National SMS.
Can I create my own Covering letter?
Yes you can decide what to write in the covering letter.
Where will I get a reply?
If you get a reply from the HR you will receive it on your mail box. We will not have a copy of the reply message.
Can I modify my covering Letter?
Yes, you can modify your covering letter any number of times.
Is there a limit on the number of email ids I send?
No, you can send to any number of Email ids in a day.
Do I have a record of the SMS sent and the reposne?
Yes you can login to your profile and in the My account section you will have a link for SMS2Email link which will give you details about the SMS received and Sent from your account.
Can I send SMS from any mobile number?
No you can send it from your Registered Mobile number only.
Do I need to have GPRS/3G/WAP facility in my mobile?
None of the above is required as you will only send a text message, which is supported by all service providers.
Can I use a CDMA phone?
Yes, you can use both GSM/CDMA phones to avail this service.
I have lost my mobile, I have a New number, can I still use the service?
Yes, all you have to do is to change your mobile number on the profile page.
Is my resume secure with cynosurejobs.com ?
Yes, We will not share your resume nor personal details with any third party, without a permission from you.
How long will it take to send the resume?
It will happen instantly. We will process the request the moment we receive your SMS, and will send a mail and a confirmation SMS instantly. The whole process will take less than a minute.
I have not received a confirmation SMS
You will receive a confirmation SMS within 2 minutes of sending the SMS, however it may take a little longer to deliver the SMS, if there is a network congestion.
