PROSPECTION OF NEW CUSTOMERS
Feeding and permanent update of database
Definition of marketing targets and actions with subsidiary manager
Realization of marketing actions (telemarketing, exhibition)
Feedback analysis

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Collect of customer feedback and market intelligence
Regular contact with each customer (at least every three month)
Survey on existing customer, decision and execution of service actions

The salesman has weekly to report, to feed and keep up to date following data:
• Projects status table for rotary and laser projects
• Visit and demo schedule of previous and coming week
• Follow up of order processing from order to delivery and completed payment remittance
